Where’s the letter???

Gonna blow the BS whistle until/unless I see it.
This. What are they gonna do, eminent domain each farmer who shows their letter?
That's not to say I don't think that they wouldn't engineer a shortage but I don't think this is the vector necessarily.

Farmer has a warning about food ‘shortages’

I have not received this letter and I do not know anyone who has.
$3800. and acre is similar to being able to sell corn at $16. a bushel rather than the $5.13 current Chicago price and you have to live by Chicago to get that price.
It will take closer to 2 - $3800. payments to buy an acre of land.
Even Rob Kirby admitted that the cheap food policy that allowed corn to be only around $2. per bushel for a very long time was not a theory but a real conspiracy. With the help of the government and the manipulating the grain trade, there was a great injustice against farmers and taxpayers for years that consumers benefited from. Now everyone is worried about injustice against consumers? I said back then that if there is ever starvation in this nation, people will have to thank God for getting what they not only helped create, but deserve.
Even if this was true, any of you have any idea how much new-crop is already contracted? I'm guessing around 60%!!!!
