  • Praying! We stayed up to about. 1am this morning, keeping checks on family, friends and properties. We had lots of near misses. Thanks be to God !

We are in for it again this afternoon. It doesn't feel as strange outside this morning but that can change.

  • Yesterday it was 100 here, and on Sunday it was 99.

That broke the previous record of 96 back in 1899.

So not only was a long-standing record broken, but it was SMASHED.

One weatherman pointed out that Gulf (of Mexico) moisture was being pulled up into this enormous spinning storm, and bringing rain to...Illinois!

Usually TEXANS get dumped with lots of rain thanks to Gulf moisture. I mean, Hello! The Gulf is right next to us.

Instead, we're having a DROUGHT right now with level 3 watering restrictions, while the Gulf moisture is being pulled up into a massive hurricane-shaped storm cell that's going to dump the rain on northern Illinois 1200 miles away!

Yes, I think something is going on with the sun, the earth, or HAARP.

  • Sure looks like HAARP had a hand in it lately
    http://www.haarpstatusnetwork.com/

and for more accurate weather prediction, it seems this site is pretty good (also has valuable commentary)

In the meantime, Poche, Memorare, and all good men of Faith, be assured of many prayers.

  • We got bad storms the day before yesterday. Tornados, hail, lots of lightning and torrential rainfall. Praise God my small town didn't get hit. My neighboring town wasn't so lucky. :(
Religion clean and undefiled before God and the Father, is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their tribulation: and to keep one's self unspotted from this world.

  • If you have a blue Pieta prayer book, then pray the The Prayer Against Storms (mine is on page 49), and make the sign of the Cross at each little crucifix throughout the prayer.
Blessed be the Lord my God, who teacheth my hands to fight, and my fingers to war. ~ Psalms 143:1 (Douay-Rheims)

  • This bad weather still isnt over. If I see a line of animals in front of a boat I might join in and see if that man at the door will let me in, that is if I don't get blown away by the tornado.

Well, it has gotten markedly cooler over here.
