  • I may write on astronomical things all week.  It's fun.

    Today's post was:

The Tears of St. Lawrence Will Be Their Brightest In 2017

"2017 is not over yet.  If this year is a momentous year of signs in the heavens, then perhaps the brightest meteor shower ever from a constellation that is a type of Christ-figure, whose name means to waste, ravage, sack, and destroy--well, perhaps this is another significant thing to take into consideration."

  • "As far as Nirubu is concerned, in the early 80s it was widely reported in the Washington Post and other major newspapers that NASA said a planetary object had entered our solar system and was something like 80 billion light years away.  In the early 90s it was again reported by NASA that this object was only 30 billion light years away.  Then the story disappeared from their archives and it hasn't been mentioned since and it has denied it was ever reported."

Sorry to rain on your parade, but if an object were 30 billion light years away, it would not be anywhere close to entering our solar system.  A light year is the distance that light travels in one year. An object that has an observable mass could not reach even a small percentage of the speed of light. If something is 80 million, or 30 million, or even a half million light years away, I doubt it will get here by next Christmas. I'm not too worried.

  • At this point, I gave Nibiru just about all the attention I'm going to commit to print.

If I see something during the eclipse, I'll expand what I've written.  Otherwise, I've covered this fad and am ready to move on.

    Quote
"When the eclipse of August 21st happens--the entire sky will be blackened.  We will see the stars.  Sure, we in the United States will be able to witness an amazing total solar eclipse.  It should prove to be a sublime occasion.  However, it is possible that we might also be able to see the constellation Virgo.  Her constellation will be located towards the East-Southeastern horizon.  If there truly is a Red Dragon at the legs of Virgo, we will be able to see it on that day without having to depend on ANY kind of public astronomy software that may block us."

    Nibiru!!!

I'm not even promoting this article much on the interwebz.  Though, I'm sure the readers will gravitate toward it heavily anyway.  The kiddies eat this stuff up.

Sorry, it was not 'light years'.  In the early 80s, this object was 80 billion miles away.  In the early 90s it was 30 billion miles away.  It's had 25 years to get a LOT closer.  Very do-able.
Here are some prophecies concerning 'the comet':

"One day, before the Comet shines, a lot of People (that inspired present company excepted) from Need and Misery will be wanting a Home. The great Empire in the Sea, who are a different Folk stock and origin, will be devastated by Earthquake, Storm and Flood. This Empire will suffer much Misfortune from the Sea. It will be divided into two islands and part of it will sink. The distant possession in the East will be lost through a Tiger and a Lion."
-St Hilarion (371), speaking of what many believe is England

The Comet by its tremendous pressure, will force much out of the ocean and flood many countries, causing much want and many plagues. [After the] great Comet, the great nation will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, and great waves of water, causing much want and plagues. The ocean will also flood many other countries, so that all coastal cities will live in fear, with many destroyed. All sea coast cities will be fearful and many of them will be destroyed by tidal waves, and most living creatures will be killed and even those who escape will die from a horrible disease.
    - St Hildegard

    Rigord of St. Denis ~
A comet will be seen in heaven -- a star, that is, with a tail or appendage -- and this apparition will signify destructions and tumults and hard strifes, and withholding of rains, and dryness of the earth, and mighty battles, and the flowing of blood upon the earth of the east, and from beyond the River Habor it will reach to the very end of the west. And the just and the truly righteous will be oppressed and will suffer persecutions, and the house of prayer will be destroyed.

    Technically, you're correct.
Like I said in my article:

    Quote
Consider that our New Horizons probe took nine years to get from Earth to Pluto.  The probe is traveling at a solar-escape trajectory of 36,373 miles per hour, and it's the fastest spacecraft we've ever launched from Earth.
Does a planet travel that fast?  Sure.  Mercury travels at 108,000 miles per hour.  The earth travels at 67,000 miles per hour through our solar system.  The gas giant Jupiter travels at 29,236 miles per hour.  Neptune clocks in at 12,253.
So, supposing this Planet X is coming in from the outer edges of the solar system, and supposing it's traveling at the speed of the New Horizon's probe, that means that we've had at least nine years to see this planetary body in the sky.
So, it's possible that a planet could have been travelling into the solar system at fast solar-system-traversing speeds.
However, I still remain a skeptic.
Pax Vobis, you and one other guy are the main targeted audiences of that little expose I wrote!

  • I've have some concluding thoughts about all of these astronomical spectacles we've been treated to this year.

This newest article I wrote tonight is, apparently, a part of a growing series now titled: The 2017 Signs and Wonders Series.

    Quote
"Perhaps massive spontaneous illness and death following an unforgettable world war is worthy of a signature by the moon's shadow.  Perhaps in 1918, the United States deserved to be autographed by the moon from sea to shining sea.  Yet, if we're going to consider the eclipse of 1918 and 2017 to be momentous occasions and omens, then we certainly cannot discount those other two eclipses that traversed the northern and southern portions of North America--Canada and Mexico, respectively."

You guys did this to me.  Pax Vobis, I blame you.

Furthermore, I've decided to drive up to Columbia Missouri (provided traffic doesn't stop me) to see this total solar eclipse.  When I'm up there watching this thing, I will turn my eyes to the southeast to see the constellation of Virgo at 1pm in the afternoon, and I will look with my naked eyes to see this supposed and rumored "red dragon" at the legs of Virgo.  We shall see.  And I shall report.

Something is very wrong with your information.

First of all, the diameter of the Solar System is only 0.5 to 2 light years, depending on how you define the edge of the solar system.  So, the idea that "a planetary object had entered our solar system and was something like 80 billion light years away" is nonsensical.  80 billion light years is an extremely vast distance.

Also nonsensical is the suggestion that an object was 80 billions light years away, and then was 30 billion light years away 10 years later.  The definition of a light year is the distance is takes light to travel in one year.  In other words, it would take light 50 billion years to travel the distance you are suggesting this planetary object moved in merely 10 years.  Something is every wrong with your information.

  • Dolores, you are correct, as someone else pointed out.  I mistyped.  Not 80 and 30 billion light years, but 80 and 30 billion miles.  Sorry for the error

Ah, that makes more sense.  Thanks for the clarification.

You mentioned that this was reported in the media back in the 80s and 90s.  Do you have any links to these stories?

The one in the 90s was published by NASA and it got so much attention a few years later, that NASA said its archives were experiencing 'issues'.  The entire archive for that year is 'unavailable'.

  • In his book, "Catholic Prophecy," Yves duPont has a chapter on The Comet, pg. 83.  Some of his info sounds similar to what has been said already on this thread.  He seems to think The Comet is related to the 3 Days' Darkness?  Anyway, here is a link -

  • "On November 20, 2016, an astronomical event begins that will last nine and a half months, culminating in startling concurrence with the vision of Revelation 12. While I am not an astronomer, all my research indicates that this astronomical event, in all its particulars, is unique in the history of man.

On November 20, 2016, Jupiter (the King planet) enters into the body (womb) of the constellation Virgo (the virgin). Jupiter, due its retrograde motion, will spend the next 9 ½ months within the womb of Virgo. This length of time corresponds with gestation period of a normal late-term baby.

After 9 ½ months, Jupiter exits out of the womb of Virgo. Upon Jupiter’s exit (birth), on September 23, 2017, we see the constellation Virgo with the sun rise directly behind it (the woman clothed with the sun). At the feet of Virgo, we find the moon. And upon her head we find a crown of twelve stars, formed by the usual nine stars of the constellation Leo with the addition of the planets Mercury, Venus, and Mars.

That is a truly remarkable and, as far as I can determine, unique series of event with a startling degree of concurrence with the vision of Revelation 12.

So what does it mean, if anything? The obvious and truthful answer is that we simply do not know. That said, we are not entirely without possible context.

It just so happens that these events transpire during the 100th anniversary of the apparitions of “the woman clothed in the sun,” Our Lady at Fatima in 1917. The culmination of these astronomical events occurs just 3 weeks before the 100th anniversary of the great miracle of Fatima, in which the sun “danced” (another heavenly sign), an event that was witnessed by many thousands.

… I must also note that the date the astronomical event begins, November 20, 2016, is the very day that Pope Francis’ declared “Year of Mercy” comes to an end. The very same day is the Feast of Christ the King."

  • Our Lady of Knock, Pray for us.
St. Pope Pius X, Pray for us.

Interesting thread, one close to my own studies.

Anyone ever heard of 'perturbations'? According to Isaac Newton's theory of gravity, every body in the his solar system is causing other bodies to be pulled out of their orbits. If these are ongoing through the his solar system, how then can eclipses be predicted with such accuracy over time? That total eclipse was confined to a small path only, and only if you were at this path would you see a total eclipse of the sun. The answer of course is that 'perturbations' are an invention to accommodate the lie of heliocentrism. In fact, as St Thomas held, the order of the universe is kept so because the angels keep it that way, for only they, working for God, could possibly hold the moving universe according to His purpose, "to bring day and night, and seasons, and signs on the earth until the end of the world.

Then I read about millions of light years. Light-year distances are another product of heliocentric indoctrination. They are based on heliocentric maths. But geocentrism, which according to Einstein and science, is equally viable, there are no maths to gauge the distance of stars. Why then should one of two scientific possibilities be taken as a fact?

Space-time: You all know that the age of the universe is based by modern science on the distance of stars. But Genesis tell us that when man was created by God on Earth the light from the stars were visible to him. This totally eliminates the idea that the stars we see took billions of light-years to reach us. Thus, according to Genesis, the universe we see is in our time, not space time, but universal time. If however we see a star explode, the light from that explosion cannot have taken more than 7,000 years to reach us.

Then there is Knock, an interpretation of which I will give later if any are interested.
