About 10 years ago I think, UPS threatened to pull their main hub out of Louisville because of a storm that shut the city completely down for something like 10 days. That shut down caused a lot of grief for UPS. After that, the city got on the ball and has a pretty descent fleet of snow plows and salt etc. - I wouldn't be surprised if it's not 90% cleaned up before tomorrow, at least around the Louisville area.
