There is a lot of truth to this. I could only glance at the article, many have told me that I should try to take milk away from my sons. It does harm their health. A while back I was buying rice milk for them. They liked it and it seemed fine. Then with rising costs and growing boys that is not an option at this time.
There is also a growth hormone added to all milk. That is very harmful, mainly to boys.
I bet Parents for Truth knows more than I do.

It seems to me that milk is for babies of spices, not for adults.
Only human beings insist on having it in their adulthood.

I've heard the same thing -- "humans are the only species that, in adulthood, suckle from another species."

But looking at it from a more religious perspective (as opposed to a Darwinist, scientific one):

Man has drank milk from various animals for centuries. It's one of those "natural foods" that goes back to the cradle of civilization. I doubt people drank 4 glasses a day or anything, but it was certainly used by adults.
