  • I never thought about this. It's true, many college kids are convinced we only have 6-7 years left.
    Here's one of them.
    Yet she's spending the rest of her life studying in college? Isn't that kind of insane?

  • With a few exceptions, daddy usually can’t afford it.  They accuмulate $200K of student loan debt … that they hope will be forgiven some day … studying very practical stuff like art history.  We had a neighbor who spent about that at an expensive college studying music, graduated, and moved back home with the parents and works part time as an assistant at a daycare center … a job she could have gotten out of High School.  Some go to college to find and latch onto a pre-med student, others just to party, i.e. fornicate and get drunk, others to get away from their parents and pretend they’re adults … very few to get a degree that could make them a good living.
