It has been proven that today's High School Graduates cannot pass a 8th grade exam from 1900.

It was designed that way, the public schools are just a transmission belt for liberal propaganda and that is how they
are graded on.

It was before compulsory education. You had a ton of people who stopped school early and turned out just fine.
