    • This is mating season and the males fight and chase each other.

    Since at least the 60s, the La Jolla cove was called "Children's Beach" because it was for children.

    Then the tree huggers came along and pushed to close the area to children and change it to an area for birthing baby sea lions (which most people call seals).
