I'm guessing "people who belong to the Roman Rite", which would be basically everyone on here except Sigismund, who is Byzantine.

That is not something about Roman Catholics, that is something about all Catholics, whether they be Roman, Ukrainian-Greek, Chaldean, Maronite, etc. Both Rome and the East answer to the Pontiff.

Greek Orthodox, russian orthodox, Ukraine, etc  aren't under Peter.
