I have observed the same phenomenon in my back yard several times. It happens more often, lasting only for some seconds; and more seldom, lasting for minutes.

Funny story. About 40 years ago I went to a Republican fundraiser in New Jersey. When I got there a fellow told me that Red Skeleton was going to be the headliner. About 10 minutes later I was standing near the entrance and there he was! I introduced myself and said it was great to meet you Mr. Skeleton. I even took a picture with him. During his performance (it was fairly clean and very funny), he tells about a guy who got all excited when he saw him and blurted out; “Great to meet you Mr. Skeleton!” Everyone was laughing. Shortly after I realized that the fellow I met and took a picture with was Red Buttons!  :laugh2:
