I had a dream that I went to a Novus Ordo Mass. The only part of the dream that I remember clearly is when the priest said "The Mystery of Faith" and we all responded "Christ has died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again."

It is strange because I haven't been to the Novus Ordo in years. :smoke-pot: :smoke-pot:

I like it better when the "mystery of faith" is firmly ensconced in the Consecration of the Wine and not as an opportunity for novus ordites to show how lousy their singing skills are... That's how I see it. :cool:

However, I see from Crossbro's post that the novus ordites who put out the GIRM replaced crud with crud.

I think THIS is what you meant.

The new responses don't look like "the mystery of Faith" any more than the nightmare you remember.

You'll get over it. Just stay away for about 15 years, and you won't have any more nightmares. Stick with the CTLM and you'll get much better sleep, God willing, of course!

Matto, I suspect you were subliminally hypnotized by my posts that I go to novus ordo mass and suggest that your brain is trying to allocate the novus ordo mass its proper place. Ultimately you must deal with the sedevacantist question also. Perhaps go do adoration at a traditional chapel or do something you will remember that has to do with tradition. Then you will assign the NOM its proper place as being inferior to tradition.
