What man wants to look like a 10 year old boy?
I tell ya, the modern neoteny fetish will someday be criticized by future generations. There is nothing objectively or intrinsically good about retaining or feigning more baby-like or "cute" features -- for men or for women. It's just a passing (passed?) culture fad.

P.S. Old women should grow old with grace, and others will respect them. I have no respect for older women who go into old age kicking and screaming -- trying to be sexy, trying to look like they're 20, etc. It's a losing battle and hence, pathetic. Keep some dignity. You aren't 25, so why pretend you are? It's foolishness.

Old men should grow old gracefully too, but most of them do. I see plenty of bald man and grey haired men, and men don't wear make-up. If you point out an older man dressed like a teenager, I will be the first to criticize. 

Pretending to be something you're not is foolish, for either sex.
