    No it isn't. If it were a picture of an actual saint in some mocking or irreligious manner, then yes, it would be blasphemy.

    An image of an actor portrayed in such a way isn't the same thing. Otherwise, anyone using an image of Jim Caviezel or Rob Powell as Jesus is committing a blasphemy as well.
