He is going to school that way, since all the little kids at his school dress up for school on Halloween (or in this case the day before).

No, he is just normal. He just started learning how to play the piano about a year ago. I will teach him how to play the harpsichord and the organ when he is older.

Yes its a nice instrument. I'm not sure if I will go through with this, but I want to go study under one of the major harpsichord builders to learn how to build one.

Saint Alphonsus was a virtuoso at the harpsichord.

  • Once you can play the piano, shouldn't learning the harpsichord be relatively straightforward? [/probably an ignorant question!]

Actually, playing the harpsichord is like the complete opposite of playing a piano. A much different touch is required, different skills, etc.

  • Since this is Teen Catholic hangout, I feel no shame in pointing out that many of us here seem to have a strange habit of suddenly finding outselves living in different countries. According to the above post, Vladimir has gone from living in United States to Britain. I often find myself in Iraq, or Canada.  O.o

Ah yes, I agree with Spouse of Jesus, post some pics.
