  • Domesticated or game?
    Both kinds.

  • This brings back memories of catching tadpoles when I was a child.  We pit them in an aquarium but eventually they turned into frogs, got out and started jumping all over the house.  We also had a crayfish in the aquarium that got loose.  I don't think that I will ever forget when it crawled out from under the couch as my mother was sitting on it talking on the phone...  That was the end of our aquarium adventures...  😅🤣
Sounds similar to my childhood, but we would put tadpoles, catfish, crawdads, bluegill, minnows, creek chubs and every other native aquatic creature we could catch in a stock tank outside. Our favorite was bull frog tadpoles! We even managed to grow some liliepads that they could crawl up onto. They always eventually hopped out and went on their way. My dad didn’t mind this setup because he always had a ready supply of fishing bait, haha.
Religion clean and undefiled before God and the Father, is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their tribulation: and to keep one's self unspotted from this world.

  • I recently purchased 2 English-language Roman Missals from the 1800s in very good condition. One goes back to the 1840s.

Last year I also purchased a complete 4 volume English-language Roman Breviary in very good condition that was published before the 1955 liturgical changes. I believe it's by Benziger Brothers and is copyrighted 1950.

All 3 purchases were completely worth it.

  • I bought a bird clock for $23.00 online and when I received it, it was nothing like the picture and it stopped working after a couple of days.

The worse part was the refrigerator shelf I bought online that was not even compatible for my refrigerator despite giving the model and serial number.  Now I have to return it and see if they will do better.

The doll is cute as it is. You did well because dolly is in great condition.   Can’t wait to see the final improvements.

May God bless you and keep you
