Matthew! Get with the program! There are entire series on YouTube dedicated to lunatics at Walmarts all over the country. We have crazies in New York but no Walmarts, and we deal with them quite differently. On the streets, in parks, or subways, they are maybe given a slight glance by New Yorkers who go their way and ignore them. (With tourists, it's different.) If these enter a small business, or public place like a library, school, hospital, the people either ignore, if possible, if not, take care of their physical removal, and sometimes the security, if present, assist. Only if a customer has been robbed or assaulted, or if significant loss to the business has occurred are the cops called in. If a visitor to NY is witness or involved, then he calls 911.
Case in point, a few years ago a neighborhood "bag" lady---she wore the bags, didn't carry them---invaded a 99c and Up store. It was a small place consisting of about five tightly arranged and packed aisles. Anyone with a nose knew after 30 seconds who had come in to beg. The manager, a little Pakkie guy, rushed up front, but before he reached her, two Polish men and a teenaged girl had already pushed her out and were holding the door shut. Normally, there's no love between the Polish and Pakistanis. When she didn't move fast enough, the manager stood himself in front of the door and gave her a thorough cursing out, in English and Urdu. She left and tried her luck down the block.
It's too bad there aren't Catholic mental hospitals for people like these where they'd be provided and cared for by Brothers and Sisters. They'd be off the streets where they disrupt, offend, or harm others, and some may even be healed, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The secular state hospitals turned into government snake pits. The liberals, under guise of "rights", put them out on the streets. I know this "bag" lady wasn't homeless. She lived in an apartment where someone, I heard it was her brother, had placed her after being unable to care for her in his home with his wife and children. Two years ago, she was found dead, three weeks after her decease.
A sad ending for all concerned.
So, what happened to the Wisconsin Walnutters? They probably locked them up, slapped on a fine, and let them out for a court date at which they're unlikely to appear, or else they sent them to a hospital where they drugged them up and let them out with prescriptions they'll never fill. My guess is same as yours, that she's a long term meth addict, and both are probably doing drug-cocktails whenever conscious. Soon, they'll be found dead somewhere, a few more statistics to the "opioid crisis." I wonder if Our Lady would say drug abuse is second on the list condemning souls to hell? Or is it the Catholic clerics, the same ones who allowed or even colluded with the enemies of Christ?
