Towards the end of the sermon, Bishop Williamson tells of a defection of the SSPX Bursar (6th highest ranking member of the SSPX hierarchy) going to live near Pope Francis, as this SSPX Bursar had a falling out with the new Superior General. Bishop Williamson suspects that this former SSPX Bursar maybe even be consecrated a bishop by Pope Francis.
