Mexican government.  Priests and nuns were murdered by this
diabolical oppression, but priests who agreed to remain quiet

A friend of mine was in Hungary during WWII and says the
same thing went on there.  Communists persecuted all the
Catholics and especially the priests and clergy (Cardinal
Josef Mindszenty among them), but those who promised
to remain silent were allowed to continue their ministry, so
long as they said nothing 'problematic' in their sermons or
private conversation.  And the walls had ears, such that
any conversation with anyone revealing that they harbored
thoughts against the Communist regime would be reported,
and they would be punished.

He then lived in Venezuela and saw the same thing going on
there under Hugo Chavez.

In other words, this silencing of the truth is an error of Russia
that has entered into the ExSPX.
