A few suggestions for people without high speed internet.

1) take a laptop to McDonalds or Tim Hortons and use the free high speed

2) get a Rogers internet hub (I don't know if you have Rogers in the US) but the hub works wherever their cellular network will work. Bell has a similar hub.

3) visit a public library and use their internet to download the file to a flash drive.

4) visit a friend who has high speed

I was using dialup for years, living at the end of a rural trunk line, so I sympathize, but there are often workarounds.

This has been the msg displayed for the past 8 hours, while the
rest of CathInfo seems to be working fine.

This Mediafire download takes 5 minutes with the lowest speed
of "high speed" Internet. Higher speeds would take less time,
perhaps as little as one minute or even less.  While YouTube is
accessed instantly using Adobe Flash player, it does not pause,
start, pause repeatedly without tending to CRASH. So if you
want to transcribe a recording like this one, it's much better to
use a VLC or MP3 recording than it is a YouTube recording.
