    •   Are SSPX Bishops prohibited from giving sacraments by Rome?  I know the priests are because they operate without the permission of the local NO bishops.  If SSPX bishops are, is it because they lack their own diocese or because of some Roman decree?


      Please excuse me if I'm not using the correct terms, but I hope my question is understood.
