+Williamson only mentioned Fr. Bouchacourt, but he did say explicitly there would be TWO new bishops.
Who will the second be?
It would only be speculation, and speculation is far less useful or valuable than cold hard facts.
However, here is a fact for you:
Current Superior General: Fr. David Pagliarani
First Assistant: Bishop de Galarreta
Second Assistant: Fr. (soon Bishop?) Bouchacourt
See the problem? Not one, but BOTH assistants will be bishops, while the head of the organization will be a "mere" priest.
Also, the SSPX has experienced leadership by a Bishop since 1994, except for the past few months.
Interesting...

Originally the SSPX philosophy HAD been to NOT have a bishop be the superior ... to avoid giving the appearance of pretending to have ordinary jurisdiction and having a counter-Church. Of course +Fellay threw that all out.
my guess would be Fr. Pagliarani.
Both of them are in their positions of authority precisely because they are +Fellay yes-men.

God help us.

Why two?
Could it be that one of the current bishops will be leaving his responsibilities in the SSPX to assume the Personal Prelacy over all the captured semi-traditionalists in Rome (perhaps involving a different colored soutane)?
