Most likely the SSPX will accept a purely practical agreement just like Bishop Fellay entered into in 2012.
The deadly conditions for such an agreement from the 2012 extraordinary chapter were put in place for this very reason, and there they remain, waiting to sin...
Arch Lefebvre used strong language in 1990?, using the "S' word schismatic as just explained by +Tomas Aquinas.
So Fr. Pagliarani is aware of this consideration of the Founder of the SSPX; but today they are beating around the bush, writing unprovocative 'Communiqués' entitled: Who is tearing the Tunic of Christ?  etc.

How many noticed this letter of Fr. Pagliarani?  June 30, 2026 AD., less than 22 hours before the Consecrations?
The "S" word is accounted for, but he seems to accept that the SSPX was already considered schismatic, but refused to call the present Conciliar church Schismatic!! when in fact +Lefebvre didn't mince his words. It would have been great to read words like "NULL" and "VOID", but his tone is ...'we are not hostιle'. Perhaps today is the perfect opportunity to actually get h0stile with NewChurch, no? Evil forces!  And the reality of "+Huonder's "  role is finally acknowledged: you can't make this stuff up! Dialogue always top of mind.

Unofficial. From FSSPX Dossier Sacres site. Not yet on the English Dossier.

"...would ask You (Pope Leo XIV) to think about two very simple facts.

First of all, the Society was already declared schismatic in 1988, for reasons and under circuмstances absolutely analogous to those of today; and yet, after so many years, we speak like a father with his son. Your Holiness paternally exhorts me to avoid a schism which, theoretically, would have already taken place. Do You not think that this very attitude, of which I deeply appreciate its solicitude, is precisely proof that the Society is neither schismatic nor hostile to the Church?

Secondly,(...) the Holy See entrusted two bishops of the Church with the mission of dialogue with the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X: Bishop Vitus Huonder, then Bishop of Chur, now deceased, and Bishop Athanasius Schneider, (...) of Astana. Both, after taking the time necessary for discernment, recognized the profoundly Catholic spirit of the Society and publicly testified to it.

But above all, I allow myself to address Your Holiness in the name of the thousands of souls who have found the Catholic faith and religious practice through the apostolate of the Society...."
