AJNC,

Fr. Paul Carr was never ordained for the SSPX.

Here is the ordination class for 1992 in Winona:

Unless you are arguing he was ordained in one of the other seminaries of the SSPX.

I believe he was ordained in Econe. He was stationed at St Michael's School, Burghclere and was for a time the Chaplain of the Eucharistic Crusade of SSPX GB
He was transferred to Manila and this was the beginning of his end in the SSPX. 
I met him personally in 1992 when he was an SSPX priest
