You are a guest at an SSPX Chapel.
Since when does a guest have a 'right' to question the host.
As a religious mission order, the SSPX has no obligation to be in your city. They could leave tomorrow without telling anybody.
The diocesan clergy are required to provide locals the sacraments to the faithful, not the SSPX.
As Father Rutledge said: Just please leave. If you don't want to follow the SSPX, please leave (or something close to that).

SSPX chapels belong to God, not to cult leaders.
Under Canon Law, Catholics have rights. Rights to the sacraments.
And none of those rights depend on agreeing with Bishop Fellay, who has no Canon Law authority over those who go to "his" chapels.

My local SSPX chapter does not want resistors to leave. On the contrary, the pastor has in his employ TWO known resistors and he encourages resistors to continue to attend Mass at his chapel. Unlike you, he understands that a priest has no right to deny sacraments for any reason except public mortal sin.

I don't have an exact number, but when Fr Rostand was in Post Falls ID last year talking up the "Church of Fee-lay," he distinctly noted that those who questioned or did not agree with +Fellay or the Menzingen Party line should leave.
Then he kind of scrunched up his brow and pointed a well-manicured finger at a door.
How many? Several hundred, easily.
