The lay leader, whose office is the uniquely Anglican "senior warden", argues with gross understatement about the issues separating SSPX-as-founded from the Novus Ordo. But hey! He led his congregation's assimilation by Modernist Rome, so of course, everyone else should surrender to assimilation, too.

Even before they officially became nominal "Roman Catholics" (1 Jan. 2012?), his congregation was welcomed: According to an article in the local daily Orlando Sentinel, its "Bishop Louis Campese of the Cathedral of the Incarnation" accompanied Bishop John Noonan of the Novus Ordo Diocese of Orlando on Good Friday 2011, leading their faithful in a circuit of temporary Stations of the Cross, arranged around a lake in a downtown park.

It may be beneficial for nonlocal readers to understand that the mainstream Anglican/Episcopalian see for Orlando was never the "Cathedral of the Incarnation" N.W. of downtown, but the Cathedral of St. Luke, across a downtown street from the Novus Ordo see at St. James Cathedral.

If +Williamson is going to consecrate another Bishop, remember that there's no law saying he can't consecrate more Bishop(s) at a later date.

As of Jan. 2013, if he's found one good candidate, and a "need" in a given part of the world, he should fill it. No need to queue up 4 such candidates/"needs" and somehow re-create the 1988 consecration ceremony. (Besides, what priest would want to be the youngest of the four, and/or the 4th priest added to the queue!)

Bishop Williamson isn't into fantasy, re-creations, re-enactments, or doing things "for show".

He's not for pretending anything.
He's not for bringing back the 1950's.
He's not for re-creating the SSPX.

He's all about discerning the signs of the times, and reacting accordingly under the virtue of Prudence.

What a wise man!

I want to be like him when I grow up. (I know that phrase sounds silly, and I'm phrasing it like that on purpose, but I'm actually serious!)

Seriously, he is someone to look up to for anyone under the age of 72.

I wrote Fr Pfeiffer to check if this rumour was true or false. Fr Pfeiffer answered : "as far as I know, it is false".

By which I meant, argues by using the technique of gross understatement. In combination with misstatement, e.g.:

Oooh! "Clandestine"! Perhaps because it's the internal business of SSPX-SO ? Closed meetings are not bad per se. Closed meetings were used to debate U.S. independence from Britain and the resulting Declaration of Independence, plus the drafting of the U.S. Constitution.

Even those traditional Catholics who have no allegiance to SSPX have to wonder how a parvenue professing a conversion to the Novus Ordo from Anglicanism, who's plainly an opponent of Bp. Williamson, would have any connections that would alert him to the bishop's plans?

It all seems fishy to me: The issues with which SSPX is struggling are visible enough to interested outsiders, and discussions can be found in abundance on the Internet. The blogging outsider seems plenty intelligent enough to comprehend them. He should've benefitted from his experience of presenting ecclesiastical issues to his own congregation, as he led it into the Novus Ordo.

In my excerpt above (according to 'fair use'), I've italicized the wording in excerpts of his writing whose cuмulative impact convinces me that his writing is an exercise in propaganda. Which raises another question: Why? Very fishy.
