Kowalewski is currently at St. Isidore's in CO, going though the "Priest Training Program" under Fr. Robinson.

It's nice and all that he likes traditional rubrics but will they (sspx) remove the doubt regarding the reformed consecration rites?  If not why not just stay with Christ the King?  And why would a traditionally valid priest share the tabernacle with a doubtful cleric?  Does the Colorado formation center act similar to border patrol examining why said individual wishes to join the community?
