  • Thanks for posting this.

When I came out a few weeks ago with the suggestion that we need to speak in our own names now, I did explain that I came to that conclusion after taking Fr. Pfeiffer's counsel. He made the principle clear, then in person, and now in this sermon. Fr. Chazal, a couple of weeks ago, said in my presence that it is inanity (my word) to make a declaration about anything without putting one's name on it.

Immediately after I took public issue with the overuse of anonymity by the good guys, specifically mentioning that Fr. Pfeiffer exhorts us to speak in our own names, a disgusting attack against Fr. Voigt directly, and Fr. Pfeiffer indirectly, was launched on IA, by so-called good guys. The conduct on that infamous thread was reprehensible and disgusting. It is impossible that the words vomited out on that thread pleased our Good Lord Jesus Christ.

Seeing to what level of malicious puerility so called good guys will stoop to protect their license to speak immoderately and foolishly, aka anonymously, I concluded that Fr. Pfeiffer has delineated the correct principle of action in this particular circuмstance. For the proponents of anonymity have brought forth bad fruit.

This is an idea that touches the imperious flesh. The time for this idea is now, but few there will be who allow themselves to be chiseled by it.

May God strengthen good souls for the combat.

May this sermon be absorbed and assimilated into souls.
