That was only in effect for a couple years.  Did you have to sign an anti-sedevacantist pledge at STAS?  I know I didn't.  Even though I wasn't a sedevacantist, there were several who were known to be such while I was there, including Robert Neville (now a sedevacantist bishop) and Terrence Fulham (RIP) who also became a sedevacantist bishop.  They were known to be sedevacantists while I was there.  And there was no such pledge needed to be signed.  I never signed anything.  Perhaps there was something out there that had to be signed before Major Orders.  But not just to be at the seminary.

3. The priest can expel people who are causing scandal, but what we mean is actual scandal like immodesty, talk against the faith, sedevacantism (even there, no sede should be disturbed if he is courteous) etc.

Three people were expelled temporarily on the 24th of May 2020 under the excuse of having a "bad spirit". When they asked the priest of the evidence that he had purportedly  collected, he, the priest refused to show them and refused to explain what wrong they had done. A sermon on pharaisism in the chapel was given on the same day the three were expelled. The letters showed almost an identical content of the sermon. The letter stated that the priest found evidence the three of having uttered criticisms of the priests, the faithful and the management and activities of the chapel. In short it was an absolute tyranny.
