Title: W US Confirmation Tour 2014
Post by: talexander on May 27, 2014, 01:36:27 PM
Dear Forum Members/Readers:

If possible, could the organizers of Bishop Williamson's Confirmation tour in the USA provide their contact information so we can enter the correct information on the website for the St Marcel Initiative? His Excellency is far too busy to keep track of his schedule so I want to try to gather as much information as possible in anticipation of his proposed Confirmation tour.

Readers can read my previous post explaining the appeal I made for SMI.

http://www.cathinfo.com/catholic.php/St-Marcel-Initiative

The general information we are looking for is the following (I include an example also to make it clear):

1) Event (Confirmations)
2) Date & Time (March 4, 2013, 9am)
3) Venue (St Bede's Chapel)
4) Location (Bakersfield, Calif.)
5) Contact info of organizer (Tom Jones, jones@anywhere.net) (for private use only)

Thank you and God bless.

Anthony Alexander

.

Speaking of confirmation tours,  I made the mistake of not reading the current Recusant in its entirety before going to the Arcadia Confirmations on May 25th this year.  Bishop Tissier de Mallerais was there, meeting the Faithful and having pictures taken.  But I couldn't think of what to ask of him.

If I had read the May Recusant, Issue #16, I would have had plenty to ask.

Therefore, I recommend that everyone read the May Recusant before attending Confirmations this year, regardless of who the bishop is.  Go informed!

Neil,

Just curious. What would you have asked? What would you have expected in reply?
