This shouldn't be too difficult to settle -- whether someone is dead or not. Seems the easiest thing to verify, with just 5 minutes on Google (or equivalent).

Yeah, does seem like he's alive.  I must have had him confused with someone else who dropped from COVID (aka the jab).
