What is that approach? Can someone enlighten?

I thought it might be his reference to Bishop Tissier de Mallerais

A profound  question, indeed:

“On the other hand, could you name me one case in the history of the Church in which an Ecuмenical Council was deliberately formulated in an equivocal manner so that what it taught in its official acts was then subverted and contradicted in practice?”

He seems to be implying here that which he has questioned previously:

Was Vatican II really a legitimate ecuмenical council of the Church?

To Vigano will go the credit for providing the roadmap for a future pope to declare this “council” null.

Something the sedevacantists have been saying for 40+ years.  Next logical step, to which Vigano has not yet arrived, is to declare these “Popes” null.

Next rhetorical question.  Has any Ecuмenical Council approved by a pope (Robber Council was not but rejected by the Pope, thus the name ... so not a precedent) ever been subsequently declared null?  In fact it’s been resoundingly approved by a line of popes.

I wish I could have 30 minutes to talk to Vigano.
