In the letter below, Archbishop Vigano sent his episcopal blessing to a group of pilgrims (Friends of the Sacred Heart, a French Resistance group of young people) led by Fr. Salenave (SAJM), and also mentions that he sends this letter through Don Curzio Nitoglia (Resistance - Italy, and a close friend of Bishop WIlliamson).
Vigano's acquaintence with Don Nitoglia makes it almost certain that Vigano received the letter of Bishop Thomas Aquinas, as well as the letter of all four Resistance bishops (and it likewise makes it probable that he responded in private).

Eve of the assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Dear Carbone,
Through the Reverend don Curzio Nitoglia, I received your

Hard to believe Francis wouldn’t know where he is by now, but whatever.
