Besides the fact that Banezian (K----r) was in a mental hospital, you can add "He recanted his claims" to the list of why you should dismiss this slander against Fr. Reuter.

This is the second e-mail he sent me; I somehow forgot to post the first one (his original retraction). I looked for it just now, and couldn't find it in my inbox. I get so many emails.

Given that I have retracted the statements I’ve made and given that I was not writing with a clear mind, I’d ask you, out of charity, to delete the last thread I posted. I wasn’t myself when I posted that thread. As I said, I retract the accusations I made in the thread.

I hope you will at least give me an answer, even if it’s no.

UPDATE 12/26/21:
Just got another e-mail from him today:

It has been over a year since the bad situation I got into on CI. Would it be possible for you to delete ( or at least partially delete) the thread I posted regarding Fr. Reuter and the SSPX? I don’t see what purpose keeping it up serves at this point( surely everyone who needed to has seen my retraction and knows that what I said wasn’t true) I have reconciled with Fr. Reuter and have moved on from what happened last year.

Another concern with the thread is that my first name appears in several posts. If you read the article you mentioned in the thread, you know my family is very hostile to the Faith. This has only gotten worse as they blame my mental health issues from last year on my association with the Church. They’re trying to gather information on my past. If they come across that thread and see that I wrote an article in the Remnant against Islam, it could put my life at risk. They have threatened me before( I can give you contact info of several priests who I’m close to to confirm this) That’s why I went under a pen name when I wrote the article.

Even if you keep the thread up, removing [my name] from all the posts where my name appears would be very helpful.

I don't see a problem with removing his name. Maybe the search engines will update their caches eventually, and a search for his name will no longer lead to this thread. But I suspect he's not the only one with that name, and not exactly world-famous.
