Today however, I can speak on the matter and I will. The reason why I can is because yesterday I was with a small group of SSPXers in a room for three hours with Bishop Fellay. I am not breaking any confidence because one man was openly recording the talk but ran out of space with an hour to go. The group was asked if they had any questions which were recorded and given to the bishop to answer after his talk. Needless to say the talk was about the crisis that has befallen the SSPX based on the possible reconciliation with Rome, as the papers put it.

Finally Bishop Fellay said he is being quoted as saying many things he never said. There, he said, is the danger of the internet, now the world are told things that are not true.

So there you have it friends. I shall leave it at that and hope the Holy Ghost assists each one of you to find peace and hope in this candid talk. Be rest assured there will be NO DEAL with Modernism, no compromise, that you have the Bishop's word on, 'so help me God' as he said to us.

I'm merely supplying  contact details. My understanding is posts on the forum is for information only. I am well aware of the position of all the priests of Ireland/Britain in relation to an agreement.

The fault remains with the priests, who have allowed faithful to not know where they stand.

Don't get me wrong. I don't believe for a minute the priests will go public. They won't break rank.

To remain attending the SSPX is one for the conscience. One morning for example, I sent them back 'Mater Dei' magazine by return of post. Fr Morgan didn't lose sleep over it.

Whilst I commend Fr Sherry and Fr Gallagher, I couldn't in good conscience give them a "few quid" either. Where does the money go and besides the Zionists control the SSPX? Two very good priests in a very corrupt and compromised 'pious union'.

  • It's sad in London now that laity despite having two chapels now have  to go to a library hall.

Ireland has Fr Bufe up North.  Perhaps folk could hire a minibus?

My conscience is getting the better of me. I prayed again regarding Mass offered by Fr Sherry and Fr Gallagher. It might sound crazy but I can't attend 'their' Mass.

It's not ideal at all not to get to the sacraments. I never envisaged being in a situation like this.

  • A danger to remember is like in Novus Ordo land many Catholics pick and choose which Mass based on the priest or how long the sermon is.

Those who still attend Society chapels should listen carefully tomorrow during the sermon to see if the doctrinal declaration is mentioned.

Those wishing to contact various priests can see here.

Could Fr Bufe not assist Bishop Williamson? He's not listed in the SSPX Ireland Directory.

A loose network will mean co-operation.Whilst the light is going out on the neo SSPX, the resistance is the light.

  • Hi all,

I currently attend the SSPX mass in Athlone, but recently just learned of a mass that was said by Fr Bufe in Salthill, Galway.  As far as I know Deirdre Manifold was involved with this, but I believe she has since passed away.  Would anybody have any information on this mass, and if it still takes place?

    Thanks,

This was recently posted on the Non Possumus Blog:www.nonpossumus-vcr.blogspot.com

"A member of the Irish Resistance writes:

There are four centers of mass of the currently Resistance in Ireland, all served by Father Bufe here in Kesh, Newry, Lonford (Athlone) and Dublin."
