Is it true? Krah was born on 1977. Education: Kreuzeschule, Dresden, Graduated in 1995, aged 18.

Kreuzeschule (a so-called Lutheran school) was one of five religious training schools given permission to operate in the GDR by the Soviet Union after the war and then by the East German State. From 1945 until today Kreuzeschule is based in the former Freemasonic Institute on Eisenacher Strasse.

Krah is a Zionist. He serves as co-chairman on the board of The German-Israeli Society of Dresden. He supports the Jєωιѕн State (see his interview at The Remnant) against the teaching of St. Pius X. The pope told Theodor Herzl: “We cannot give approval to this movement. We cannot prevent the Jєωs from going to Jerusalem—but we could never sanction it. The soil of Jerusalem, if it was not always sacred, has been sanctified by the life of Jesus Christ. As the head of the Church I cannot tell you anything different. The Jєωs have not recognized our Lord, therefore we cannot recognize the Jєωιѕн people”.

So, Is Krah really "completely catholic?
Why is he a friend of the former Israeli Ambassador to the Holy See Mordechay Lewy? Why was he moderator of a Panel Discussion about Jerusalem?

13/11/1996: 30% of Liechtenstein Foundation assets (Wolfgang und Rosa von Gutmann Stiftung) are left as a Legacy to Austrian District (Friends of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X) of the SSPX. Total approximately: 90 million euros.

23/05 2006: A meeting of the Friends Association takes place. People invited to and present at meeting are: Fr. Michael Weigl, Bp. Fellay, Fr. Klaus Wilhelm, Fr. Waldemar Schulz, Mag. Ewald Stadler, Dr. Felix Mayrhofer, Dr. Gebhard Mayr.

At meeting, it is officially agreed that Father Weigl will set up an Austrian non-profit Foundation of St. Pius X to facilitate transfer and legally protect the Gutmann Legacy. It is agreed that its Board members will be, along with its legal founder, father Weigl: Fr. Philippe Lovey (for Menzingen), Ewald Stadler and Maria Schoffmann Schloßstein.

28/07/2006: A notarized docuмent is issued officially authorizing the Friends of the SSPX (Fr. Weigl, Fr. Wilhelm) to institute a new Foundation: Stiftungsurkundeder St. Pius X Privatstiftung. Two million euros are to be transferred from the Liechtenstein Foundation to Friends of SSPX to the new Austrian Foundation. Attached to the Deed of Foundation are Annexes, one of which set-up a Nachstiftung (a post-foundation) that instructs/allows/facilitates the Friends association to transfer the entire funds from the Gutmann Foundation to the Austrian Foundation.

We can see that the legacy of Mrs. Von Gutmann was originally for the District of Austria. Therefore, it’s totally false that Father Weigl deceived Bishop Fellay. Nor is it true that he wanted to control the money improperly. This is a slander.

And in this very serious problem, really serious, I have asked advice to this lawyer, which, together with another Austrian lawyer, has been able to reverse the situation. It was hard, it was very delicate, but finally, we are in control. It was a stroke of genius to control things that by law is not possible. He is a member of the board of this foundation. The foundation has its statutes, it is obliged to help the Society. But as there is a lot of money, we must correctly handle this money, which is under control of the Austrian State. This assures us that nothing can go wrong. It’s not possible to steal, to hide… we are in control.

In October 2006, Bishop Fellay decided that the Foundation Board should have more people on it who he controlled/felt he could trust to do his bidding. That's when the trouble started because Menzingen found they had no legal entitlement to add anyone to the Board. Only a majority of the Foundation Board could appoint new Board members and Menzingen's representative Fr. Lovey was outnumbered. Then Fellay sacked Fr. Weigl as Austrian DS and put him under house arrest. Father Helmut Trutt replaced Father Weigl.

In January 2007, Bishop Fellay puts pressure on the Board Members to resign. He says that the Foudation prevents the Gutmann legacy coming under control of the General House at Menzingen. Bishop Fellay and Father Schmidberger instructed them to name Nikolaus von Ankershofen and Maximilian Krah as their replacements.

Menzingen seized control of the Foundation and at some stage it was disbanded after transferring the legacy to the newly established Jaidhofer Privatstiftung St. Joseph und Marcellus which was legally registered on 14/01/2009. Management Board members: Dr. Nikolaus von Ankershofen, Maximilian Krah, Father Yann Vonlanthen (representing Menzingen).

And Krah has received from me the order to found a limited company called Dello Sarto ... but it was never active. It is completely untrue that this company makes usury. It has no money. He doesn’t control any of the assets of the Society, but as an administrator –there are three-of the assets of the Foundation.

Bishop Fellay set up Dello Sarto in Switzerland at exactly the same time, because Bp. Fellay wanted the money in Switzerland - but Krah and Ankershofen didn't tell Bp. Fellay that the money couldn't be transferred from the Privatstiftung for 10 years, which is why Dello Sarto remains an empty company waiting for the 10 year period to pass.

Therefore, Menzingen do not control the money. It is controlled by Krah and Ankershofen, with the SSPX at their mercy... draw the conclusions

An important thing to know is that the money is controlled by a Trust and the Trust can only legally operate within its Statutes, but Ankershofen and Krah control the management of the Trust Fund. One of the things that can be done in the Trust is to make investments with the Trust assets, and commercial trading companies can also be set up within the Trust.

No one except the Austrian tax authorities and the legal owner and management of the Trust knows what happens within the Trust as this type of Trust doesn't present public accounts and can't be publicly scrutinized.

The thing to remember about money men - especially when they have 'insider' connections - is that they know how to invest financial assets to make great fortunes, but they also know where and when to invest financial assets to lose great fortunes.

Which Catholic in his right mind would appoint a man raised in Communist East Germany who was educated at a STASI controlled 'religious' school and who has connections to Mossad, or a man who mixes in circles connected to Vatican Masonry, to manage his $123 million dollar fortune?

Question: If Fellay says here - in regard to Fr. Weigl's Austrian Privatstiftung - that the beneficiary is prohibited from being in control of this type of Foundation and that Menzingen were forced to have people managing it who were not members of the Society...

... then why did Fellay replace it with exactly the same type of "delicate" Foundation and why did he appoint Krah and Ankershofen to control his Foundation?

The conference was addressed to the priest of South America District. Father Bouchacourt warned them:

Dear Fathers,

Find attached several links to download the conference given by Bishop Fellay to the priests and seminarians, the day after the pilgrimage of Luján. The third and last part was reserved for priests, in order to answer their questions. This conference is long ... but our Superior wished to expose, in detail, the main concerns expressed throughout the recent months. This audio is reserved sub gravi for internal use. Not to be shared to any priest outside our District or any parishioner without my explicit permission.

The pilgrimage to Luján gathered 750 participants. Despite heavy rains and bad roads as ever, our parishioners, accompanied by twenty priests , showed a beautiful spirit of faith, prayer and penance . Deo Gratias .
