Hadn't noticed that it was out of stock. Prices on Amazon are fantasy-land, so I've mailed Angelus Press asking when the book will be republished.

I have a copy of "I accuse the Council" for anyone interested. It was ordered earlier this year, I imagine it was one of the last copies that Angelus Press sent out.

Actually, everyone that reads this thread, should look in their bookstore, and see if it is happening there, (and if not, they should be on the alert in case it happens in the future) and ask what happened to the books? Not only the Angelus Press books about VatII, Lefebvre, Organized Natualism, but also for instance:

Atila Guimaraes books - In the Murky Waters, Animus Delendi I & II, Animus Injuriandi I, Quo Vadis, Petre?

Fr. Denis Fahey - The Kingship of Christ and Organized Naturalism, Kingship of Christ and the Conversion of the Jєωιѕн Nation, The Mystical Body of Christ in the Modern World, The Rulers Of Russia, Money Manipulation and Social Order

Anyone that reads these books will likely know more than their priest about the current situation in the world/Church.

Is it Fr Marc Vernoy's chapel, Bowler?. If so, he may be an exception. He blew his chances for a great apostolate, first as a priest in the Asia District, and then as Superior of the Africa District. Apparently, it seems that all that's left him is to be Bp Fellay's "lappest" of lapdogs!

Curious, how did he "blow it"? May it have been just health issues? Africa and Asia are not health friendly places for Europeans and Americans.

Back in August of 2008, when there was a change, both our new pastor and Fr. Rostand appeared, and the books started to be moved. At that time we had an area set up in the rear of the church for books for sale. The new priest reduced the stock and moved them to the rectory. The stock continued to dwindle and finally by the time our next pastor appeared in August 2011, the stock was nearly gone. In August 2012 another new pastor and no books at all. Also almost no flowers on the Altar, no flowers on the BVM and Sacred Heart statues by pastor order, no storage of the cleaning supplies, vases, etc. in the sacristy, selected vestments disappeared, and more I have forgotten. So, just books? Hardly.

Sounds to me like they eliminated books, AND did nothing to help grow the chapel. They were not managers/organizers, just priests who fly in, give a mass, and fly out, leaving not even crumbs behind. Needless to say, your chapel has been killed, and is on life support, only still alive because of the work done by some priest in the past.

My friend went back like one week later, and found that all of the books and flyers were put back on dispaly. My thread, and/or Fr. Chazal's letter made the pastor reconsider the idea, hopefully for good. Althought there is no way of knowing if they stopped re-ordering these books, like Fr. Chazal said. Time will tell.

What's truly "telling" here is that they are being deceptive. Their original action of taking out the books was their true intention towards the reconciliation process. Now that there's been some heat put on them, :heretic: they pretend as everything is back to normal.

Can you really trust this kind of action/people? Won't you be always suspicious of them waiting for their next move?

If I can't go into a Traditional Catholic church, where my conscience/soul isn't completely free to meditate on God, and I have to "watch my back" as well as everything else slowly metamorphosing around me, it's not really the True Traditional Catholic Church is it? :scratchchin:

The problem is that there are way too many people who want to be liberal while claiming to be traditional. It's very sad. Some of it is ignorance and inertia, but unfortunately, there are a lot of people who really do want to be liberal. They want to have their cake and eat it too - they want to take advantage of the "order" that their community provides but they don't want to be bound by the requirements of that order.

That's exactly what it is....A few people that I've spoken to (who continue to attend SSPX chapels) have said to me that although they are aware of what is going on, they don't want to leave the SSPX church because the unity among the parishioners "works" for them. I feel that they have put too much emphasis on the social comforts and not really wanting to keep the faith. SAD!!!!!!
