I have reason to believe newer SSPX priests, if not most any, would bless it even if it seems silly. Though, they may have reservations given that context. You don't really want blessed things to go down the drain. Outside would be ok. I guess it depends on how much is used: a damp cloth, or a wash basin with all 7 gallons.

Very true. She was not lacking in religious fervor. I do hope she didn’t actually pour all seven gallons of oil into the tub at the group home. Imagine what it did to the plumbing when she pulled the plug!
