    • A report regarding the vacillating Benedictined of Bellaigue (France): Have they finally decided to hold their ground against threats from Menzingen to withhold ordinations?

    "You will no longer find the monastery of Notre-Dame de Bellaigue on the official website of the neo-FSSPX.

    The Benedictines of Bellaigue are indeed in Menzingen's sights, because they do not intend to follow the FSSPX's agreementist policy. 

    The General House tried to obtain the head (i.e. resignation) of Fr. Placide, Prior of the monastery. Failing to obtain it, Menzingen takes low revenge by verbally asking district superiors to stop supporting Bellaigue, and even dissuading vocations from going there. 

    And on the site of the neo-Fraternity, Bellaigue simply "disappeared."

    Can you imagine the audacity of demanding ownership of the monastery be given to Menzingen??

    Bishop Williamson notes that the neo-SSPX is no longer at war with conciliarism, but with Tradition.

    If Bellaigue does not line up behind the Resistance bishops now, they are beyond hope.

    God could not have made Menzingen perfidy any clearer to them than the capture maneuver just attempted.

    He is practically FORCING them into the Resistance (seemingly against their will).

    Does anyone know if the other religious communities still friendly with the SSPX has handed over their property to the SSPX? Or was this threat especially made for the Benedictines so that they can be forced to make a decision on where they stand.
