Read any decent source about the definition of Ordinary Magisterium.
The problem is, because it's a new term, that some refer to the infallible magisterium as 'ordinary' and some call it 'ordinary and universal'. But EVERY commentator on the subject will distinguish between the fallible magisterium and the infallible, which you fail to do. In your view, every sermon, interview, encyclical or note written on a piece of scrach paper by the pope is infallible. Preposterous!
