Time to red light the SSPX?

  • The SSPX should only be red lighted once they become a danger to our faith, right?

Well get a load of this! My friend just sent me an e-mail about an SSPX priest at her parish.

    Quote
"[my] priest said it's normal for boys this age to experiment [with unnatural vice]. A few years earlier it was reported that he said children should be exposed to sin, as they have to live in a world with it. As in, let them be exposed to things that children should NOT be exposed to. (I even read this in a thread on Cathinfo in ~2012-2013 I think, but unfortuntely I could never find it again)

You won't believe this. That priest is now teaching moral theology at the new seminary in VA. In general, folks in the parish (the ones who are paying attention) always thought of him as a liberal or at least shaky theology, but again, I know that's a very general statement that means nothing on an internet forum.  But anyway, with a priest like him in charge of moral theology, I have no hope that the future SSPX priests will be well-formed in any way.  I wonder if he thinks it would be "normal" for seminarians to experiment with stuff like that?  When I read that he would be stationed at the seminary at all, I thought, oh no; hopefully he'll just be doing penance in the background or something.  But when I heard he would be teaching moral theology, aye yi yi."

This is where the rubber hits the road. The liberalism is real, and it's coming to an SSPX parish near you. In particular, via the new younger crop of priests. Maybe we should only red light those SSPX chapels with newly ordained priests. Still, this is pretty big news.

  • In my opinion, priests of this "Resistance" must be "red-lighted" because they act without any moral/theological guidance, have no spiritual advisers. spread untruths about the validity of sacraments, and spread gossip about churchmen.

Could you please expound in what "Resistance" you are referring to?

Yes!  A big Red Light for STOP the experimenting!

    1. SSPX school boys... stop experimenting with sex.

    2. Bp. Fellay... stop experimenting with newChurch, Jansenism and fake dogmas, like implicit baptism.

    3. Fr, Wegner... stop experimenting with Usury... immediately.

    4. Fr. Albert and Bp. de Galaretta, stop experimenting with Dominican orders

    And on an on...

The person you describe  should be identified as a ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ, not a liberal. What he is teaching is not liberalism but aberrosɛҳuąƖity.

  • Stop running cover for the wolves in sheep's clothing and speak plainly.

Out a priest who says "kids should be exposed to unnatural vice." If he said this in public, or in the context of a scandal like Post Falls, it is on him - not on whoever is warning the public so they can protect their sons.

  • In total, 2016 has seen 23 new
    priests ordained for the SSPX,
bringing the total up to 613 who
are aided by 117 brothers and 80
oblate sisters. In its six seminaries
across the world, 215 young men,
    as well as 40 pre-seminarians,
    were registered at the beginning
    of the academic year.

    Yes to all that!
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.
