But I thought (based on your original title) that your thread's main idea was "time to move on", "enough of these threads".

Two kinds of posts annoy me A) people presuming to declare to the world what should or shouldn't be discussed here, and B) people declaring to the world who should or shouldn't be on here.

It's really the same offense, though, under two aspects. Both involved STEPPING ON MY TOES.

Both of those things are the prerogative of the MODERATOR/OWNER and him alone.

No an easy choice. Where I live, it is +Hewko on week 2 and +Voigt on week 4. Hard to tell one to stay away.

If, on the other hand, the majority of folks in a given chapel setting are unhappy with Frs. Pfeiffer and Hewko and the current situation in Boston, KY, then let them vote to rescind any further invitations to these two priests.

It’s time to fish or cut bait.

Hollingsworth, get off your *%#@ high horse and quit trying to dictate to those of us who have not abandoned the Society, what we should or should not do. It gets so old. Take care of your own business. We are enjoying our daily Masses, daily Communions, Confessions when we want and a priest pronto-bingo when we need the Last Rites.

Recently, we attended a Requiem High Mass of a devout man who helped Archbishop Lefebvre found St. Mary's. No less than 12 priests passed by his coffin and blessed it, 8 sisters and countless lay-folk processed by praying for him. Let us take advantage of what we have while we have it, thank God that we have it, and not be so intent upon worrying about what we will do if we lose it.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I have seen "fish or cut bait", used on resistance forums, that and the odious "smells and bells". The SSPX is not done. It has not formally accepted any of the heretical ideas of Vatican II, unlike the other so-called traditional groups. God willing, it never will.

Well said Pilar! When the resistance descend to finding grave fault with beautiful processions in honor of Our Lady and call powerful declarations against the recent abominable synod "wishy washy", just because Bp. Fellay didn't resort to name-calling, they show themselves to be mean-spirited and seriously lacking in Catholic charity. How can they then claim to follow ABL whose very motto was "Credidimus caritati" - we have believed in charity?

Very well said and excellent posts, Pilar and In Veritate Victoria. I was also at the Rosary for this gentleman, and it was simply edifying to be praying with so many faithful Catholics, who are being helped on the way to Heaven by devoted servants of Our Lord, these priests who labor day and night for the Kingdom of God.

What a shameless troll. You were having a field day spreading lies on here about Bishop Faure. I went back to look at the dates. He visited our chapel in September and I went with him and Bishop Williamson to the diaconal ordination in the beginning of October. There was no scruple in spreading lies here by you and then even creating a date of September to appear to pre-date my conversations with the then Fr. Faure.
