I don't make much of the "withheld intention" nonsense. +Webster intended to DO what the Church does, and ... had he not messed up the essential form, it would have been valid, unless, what? ... were the Pfeifferites literally holding a gun to his head? I'd like to see this alleged interview. It wouldn't be the first time some moron misinterpreted something that someone said, either due to lack of theological knowledge or simple comprehension of the English language.
But we don't even need to go there, since we have the video where it was clearly invalid, and the claims that +?Pfeiffer made that he had re-done it later, given lack of a followup video, and given +?Pfeiffer's lack of credibility from having argued for the certain validity of the first attempt ... we cannot regard the +?Pfeiffer line as valid, and so the intention argument is moot.
