Bl. Father Solanus Casey worked the Wisconsin family farm as a boy and missed out on a good education. 
At his German Capuchin seminary, he wasn't thought to be intellectual enough to handle Confessions, Sermons
or Teaching, so he was Ordained as a "Mass priest".  His priestly function was only to celebrate Mass. 


As the traditional Catholic remnant faces the global vax genocide, economic chaos and WWIII, it would be
an enormous blessing for us to have an "Ordaining Bishop".  A Bishop who's only Apostolic function is to Ordain new priests.


The trad remnant needs a lot of them.

 I also see that many of the priests of late SHOULD NOT be doing confessions, sermons or teaching.
