Yes, it's a new chapel for the "nothing has changed, no modernism here, move along" SSPX.

What do SSPXers think when I say stuff like that?

I am saying that the SSPX as an organization has fallen. They have ceased to fight Vatican II as one would fight against the devil. Vatican II and the Conciliar Church are the devil's work. They aren't 90% Catholic or any of that nonsense. The whole package is 100% the work of the devil. Even the good that is found in Vatican II is part of the devil's brew: the part of the potion that convinces souls to consume the noxious stew. If it were pure evil, no one would be sucked in. The Rosary and the Catholic beliefs pre-Vatican II aren't part of Vatican II! Vatican II docuмents recited various Catholic truths right next to ambiguities and contradictions, which were exploited later to construct a new man-centered and man-made religion. This is of the devil. 

The truths the devil puts down on paper, next to his lies to make them palatable, are also of the devil. The whole docuмent, inspired by the devil, is of the devil.

Once you begin looking for good in Vatican II, the game is over.

You don't truck with the devil. A high powered Wall Street executive could pull up to the devil on the street, park his Porsche, and 20 minutes later he would end up naked and penniless, the devil driving off in his Porche. You just don't pit a meat brain against an angelic intellect. It's not wise.

Have you seen those Darren Brown videos? He's a neurolinguistic programming expert, mentalist, and ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ who does psychological tricks on people and films it. He paid for an expensive piece of jewelry with a wad of white paper (shaped like a wad of cash) and got away with it. Imagine what the devil could do.
