We are very pleased to announce that Father Rostand, our District Superior, has
encouraged the publication of our website within the links of the US District website. I wish
to express, on behalf of our Tertiaries, our sincere gratitude to Father Rostand, but also to
Fr. Duverger and Mr. Louis Tofari, the District Webmaster, for their support and the work
they have done which have resulted in this publication. I would like to suggest that going
forward, you use our US website rather the Canadian site. The Canadian website is run by a
layman who has recently taken a position against Bishop Fellay and our superiors. In no can
I recommend or support his work which apparently does not have any ecclesiastical
supervision. I cannot either encourage our Tertiaries to correspond with him or to visit his
website, however attractive or well-docuмented it appears to be, it is simply dangerous.
Even though this person does not use his TOSF website to attack Bishop Fellay and our
Society, the negative attitude of this person against the legitimate authority of Bishop Fellay
and of our superiors is subversive and is certainly not animated by the spirit of Saint
Francis. It is, then, my duty to warn you, since it is the responsibility of the shepherd to
keep the wolf away from his sheep. Beware of the wolf!

Gee...I guess a web site "well-docuмented" is not worthy to look at. Nor to inquire into some truth -if it is "well docuмented". Or is it because it is really "well docuмented" that you are not suppose to look at it?

Interestingly, when you go to the link, it was written by Fr. Jacques Emily, the Prior of the retreat house in Los Gatos, Ca.

The Order of Penance of St. Francis is a Traditional Third Order, we (in Canada) are under the Traditional Capuchins in Morgon France, our Superior of the Third Order Secular is Fr. Francois-Marie at the Novitiate convent in Arenque France, unlike the New Third Order of St. Francis in the U.S. (found at the SSPX U.S.A. website) which as stated by Fr. Emily is under the SSPX with "input from" the Capuchins in Morgon France. Also if you go to the U.S. website for the Third Order it will be found that they have instituted their own method of sifting through applicants which is contrary to the "rules and constitutions" of the Traditional Third Order. All very disturbing, you just try and tell me that there isn't something very wrong with the current SSPX. I remember as soon as they started telling me that I couldn't read Archbisdhop Lefevbre on my own (without their interpretation) that something stunk. :detective:

John Adams said that facts are stubborn things. It seems that in Bishop Fellay's universe, facts are also dangerous things.
