  • I keep hearing  French SSPX priests accusing anyone that disagrees with them of being "possessed by the devil" or "it is from the Devil".  The French Neo-SSPX priests like Fellay, Rostand, LeRoux and others are constantly using the phrases to describe the resistance people.

    Is this something common in the French language?

    ( In the English language it sounds moronic. It is actually moronic, for that sword cuts both ways, and so it could be that it is they who are possessed by the devil.)

  • In French, to say in slang that something is "not very appropriate" you say
    "Pas tres Catholique"

    Literally "not very Catholic"

    Vive La France Blanche.

    No more common in French than in English. But it's not like these are unheard-of expressions in English.

    Often said humorously, as for example to cook steak well-done instead of rare, well, c'est pas catholique, ça.

  • The Irish language is called "Gaelige" Gowailgeh
    Unfortunately it is never spoken, and hardly anybody can speak it BUT

    The word for hello in Irish is "Dia Duit" ( God be with you )

    The response is "Dia is mhuire duit" ( God and Mary be with you )

    Oh how we have fallen... :alcohol:

  • I would argue that Satan has entered anyone who would even consider making a deal with the Conciliar Church. To paraphrase Bp. Sanborn:  "Here's the deal: Get out of the Vatican!"
    "This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

  • The Irish language has a special word for ( the mother of God ) Mary, as opposed to someone who also has the name Mary.

    Ordinary person whose name is Mary = "Marie" ( Moaireh)
    The Virgin "Mary" = Mhuire  ( muehreh)

    St Briget, patron saint of Ireland, is called "Mhurie na nGael"
    Mary of the Irish. ( because of her spiritual motherhood of us, even though she is not Mary)

    Other Patron saints St Columcille ( Columkill) St Patrick

    Slogan of Irish nationalists from revolutionary times
    "Do chum gloire De agus anoir na hEireann" ( For the glory of God (De) and the honour of Ireland)

    Dia = God
    Naomh = Saint

    One thing I like about this country, is that when travelling you come across a Catholic statue of Mary or a Saint. Left overs from a heroic past. My country is now nothing other than a whore of big business, poisoned by English cultural influence.

  •  :dancing-banana: :roll-laugh1:FYI-  l spoke with Fr. Pfeiffer a few days ago.  He showed no signs of demonic possession!  Exactly who made this accusation, when and where, to whom?  It sounds like a remark made in jest.  Hope I'm right.
     St. Francis Xavier threw a Crucifix into the sea, at once calming the waves.  Upon reaching the shore, the Crucifix was returned to him by a crab with a curious cross pattern on its shell.

    Like I said: Fr. LeRoux, Fellay, Rostand and others make the remarks regularly, and in no jest:

    "Keep hearing" and "constantly" are a little vague.  Name along with date and place?  I don't accuse you of lying, but why add fuel to a fire that's already raging?  Actually, the resistance priests have been accused of all of sorts of outrageous crimes.  If someone is possessed, he can't be held guilty unless the possession is willful.  Slanderers are their own worst punishment.  Best to let sleeping dogs lie.

    This is an interesting turn of events.  I would append "..if true," but I don't doubt you, bowler.  I just have not heard it myself, even while I can quite easily imagine them saying these things.

    If you could provide some quotes from reliable sources that would help.

    Otherwise, are you talking about what you or others have heard spoken, but not what they have seen written?  I suspect this is the case, as the Menzingen-denizens are generally careful not to put into writing things that can come back to them in the future.  This is what makes the AFD of 2012, and the Six Conditions of the General Chapter of 2012, and the recorded and quoted interview of CNS where +F said 95% of Vat.II is acceptable -- things that stand out, because they can be identified and the Menz-denzs can't deny them.

    One of their favorite obfuscating canards is saying you shouldn't believe INTERNET RUMOUR, even while they have NEVER PROVIDED ANY EXAMPLES OF WHAT THEY MEAN BY "INTERNET RUMOUR."  (Cf. TheRecusant in several editions over the past year)

    And there are many more instances that have been posted of CI, I'm surprised anyone is asking for proof. Here's another lead:
