Father Nicolas PINAUD criticized in private - as the vast majority of priests of the Society - the seriously heterodox Doctrinal Preamble of 14 April 2011 proposed by Bishop Fellay in Rome in order to find a practical agreement. In contrast, Father Pinaud helped to correct the spelling of a letter which was then called "Letter of the 37 priests," text written by Fr. Rioult .
The "crime of treason" was committed : he is not allowed to criticize the Superior General, Bishop Fellay, even in private, and even when the latter disobeys his General Chapter [of 2006], even when he ratifies the "hermeneutics of reform" of Benedict XVI, even when he recognizes the "legitimacy" of the new Mass, even when it recognizes that the Council "enlightens" Tradition , etc...
The General House of the SSPX knew about this intervention of Father Pinaud by using little morality: hacking and saving the contents of the mailbox of the abbot Rioult , and creating a false mailbox on behalf of the abbot Pinaud, usurping his identity in order to get information from his friends. Fr. Wailliez, District Superior of Belgium and the Netherlands, and Fr. Thouvenot, Secretary General of the SSPX, are both guilty of these criminal methods.
It is on the basis of these stolen docuмents, that Bishop Fellay issued early March 2013, a penal decree against Father Pinaud. Each one will judge about the honesty of this superior, who says (to those who reproach these methods), that he condemns the theft of this private correspondence, but he uses it to instruct a canonical trial and convict the priest who bothers him.
It was Father Wuilloud, family-related to Bishop Fellay, the District Superior of Switzerland, who has been appointed judge! That ensures "impartiality."
Father Quilton, professor of "moral" to Écône is a prosecutor. In his indictment, he justified the identity theft of private correspondence and many other identity usurpations, calling them "mental reservation"!
This "court" took eight months to prepare the trial of Pinaud Father, who in the meantime, was retained in Jaidhof, Austria, forbidden even to use the Internet to communicate.
The sentence fell on November 8, 2013.
In French and summarizes it this way: "You have the right to go to confession and receive communion. Do nothing else. Or say Mass in private, or confess , or preach. But in the great generosity of the award judges let you wearing the cassock ... "
This type of sanction [suspension a divinis] generally applies for priests who do not comply with good morals... Any comments on the "honor and honesty" of the people who were involved in this travesty of justice seem superfluous...
Remains the civil justice -wish the very severe- which may not let these criminals run much longer, and God, much more formidable, which will restore all things in truth.
Courage, Father Pinaud! Archbishop Lefebvre had to deal in a similar way in his time : with liars, thieves , manipulative, arrogant, proud people and loving only their "authority", they just were less severe with him.
It is you, the accused, who will judge them.
