Yes, I meant to post this in the SSPX-Rome subforum :)
A little lesson for today, from Greek mythology:
King Minos was horribly dishonored and embarrassed when his wife eloped with a bull, and later gave birth to a man-bull, which came to be known as "Minos' Bull" or the Minotaur.
But King Minos didn't give up. He carefully dealt with the situation.
He wisely knew (get out your notebooks, kids!) that:
Men soon forget about what they don't see.
So he created a large maze, and placed the Minotaur in it.
Think of how many politicians use this strategy all the time. One would think it's pretty hopeless -- but really it isn't. People DO have very short memories. With a bit of patience, ANYONE -- or any movement -- can recover his/its reputation.
