This TFP/TIA fairy tale is right up there with the Russia collusion hoax. How very sad when adults abandon their critical-thinking skills and instead choose to believe in fairy tales.

Trad-granny,

Please give me your home recipe for lumpias filipinas...

Cause... I think you need to spend more time in the kitchen?   :cowboy:

The conciliar church has the charismatics, and Tradition has TIA/TFP. There are similarities between the two. Vatican ll has allowed for both. It's all about empowerment of the laity.

Actually this story reinforces what I experienced with the Trad orders (SSPX and FSSP). When they move in they take over completely. Absolute rigid control is implemented and any dissenters are ruthlessly gotten rid of. Went back to my previous place of FSSP. The 1950's cobwebs had pretty much taken over and it was like walking into a 1959 parish before the hammer came down. The laity are clueless of what is coming. Wash rinse repeat all over again.

Home alone with independent priests are the future of the Trad movement until the Fatima Chastisement.

Megster,

How convenient for you not to mention your and Prof Cera's membership as "Slaves" of Fr. Purdy's SSPX neo-trad cult.

Fr. Purdy, the non-scholar, native New Yorker, who lectures traditional Catholics on the proper use of Spanish,
but never found the time to learn the language.
