The Fidélité Catholique Francophone (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&langpair=auto%7Cen&rurl=translate.google.com&sp=nmt4&u=http://resistance.vraiforum.com/t546-Menzingen-refuse-d-ordonner-les-capucins.htm&xid=17259,15700019,15700105,15700124,15700149,15700168,15700173,15700201&usg=ALkJrhiWBEpgwRe29NTIcZW7IAMGNLEnRg) forum says:

"The news seems to be confirmed: Ménzingen refuses to give orders to the Capuchins in the month of June, which is undoubtedly a reprisal for the non-accord positions of the Poverello's sons, a further humiliation.

The FSPX uses its episcopal monopoly to blackmail vocations and put pressure on those who do not follow its line. "

I've never been favorable of the Capuchins remaining loyal to +F (with reservation, I'm sure,) but by doing so, they have fully exposed the serpents under-belly in Menzingan, hopefully they will now align themselves with the Dominicans of Avrille.

If true, this would be important.  However, didn't this happened at another time (2013-2014?) both with the Dominicans and the Capuchins?  If I recall, the Capuchins caved in at that time also.  I can't see how anything will be less or different for the Capuchins the more they obfuscate the issue as Menzingen is set in new church.

The writing is on the wall.  They need to make an act of faith not continued acts of weakness.

I don't remember the exact year, but yes, you're correct.  However, the Dominicans have joined the "Resistance" since. So we hope and pray that the Capuchins will follow in the Dominicans footsteps... also the  Benedictine monastery at Bellaigues found themselves in the same predicament, if I remember correctly.
